Nicole is the Director of Program Implementation at the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Inc. RGGI, Inc. was created to provide technical and administrative services to the states participating in RGGI.

Previously, Nicole was the Associate Director for the Environmental Bankers Association a non-profit trade association that works to promote environmentally sound fiduciary and lending activities and social responsibility for the financial services sector. She has also been a senior associate at Risk Management Technologies, a manager at Defenders of Wildlife and researcher for World Wildlife Fund-Tanzania.

Nicole received her MPA from Princeton University and her BA in Government and Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
