Mr. Petlin leads PFT’s national and state policy program, which is focused on creating policy and market incentives for the lasting conservation and stewardship of America’s privately-owned forests. Mr. Petlin is a recognized national expert in renewable energy and climate circles as the former director of Regulatory Affairs and Carbon Markets for 3Degrees Group, Inc. He has an 11-year track record of leading regulatory policy, government affairs and business development for renewable energy and environmental commodity trading and marketing organizations. Previously Petlin served as a Green-e Program Manager at Center for Resource Solutions where he managed a national certification and branding program for renewable energy products.
