General Manager of the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) since October 2010. Ms. Giner is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors focusing on development and implementation of environmental infrastructure projects. She has also held the positions of Project Manager, Director of Technical Assistance, Director of Operations and Deputy General Manager at BECC. Prior to joining BECC, Ms. Giner served in several positions at the California Department of Transportation, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and Carollo Engineers, a private consulting firm.
