Jeff has over 25 years of national and international experience developing and implementing policies to protect the environment. Between 1997 and 2008, Jeff was Senior Manager for US EPA’s Office of Atmospheric Programs, where he oversaw US implementation of the Montreal Protocol and developed government/private partnerships to reduce GHG emissions. Jeff wrote the protocol for destruction of ozone depleting substances that was adopted by the Climate Action Reserve and was recently listed in the Montreal Protocol Who’s Who.
