Noel Perry is a venture capitalist, social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the founder of Next 10, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that educates, engages and empowers Californians to improve the state’s future.

In 1991, Perry founded Baccharis Capital, Inc., one of the first socially responsible venture capital funds. Perry is the proud father of five sons and his concern about the future of the state led to the creation of Next 10 in 2003. Perry is currently the Chairman of the New America Foundation’s California Leadership Council and is a member of PPIC’s Statewide Leadership Council. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the California College of the Arts, and an Advisory Board Member of the Santa Clara University Markkula Center for Applied Ethics.
