Tom Lewis is CEO of Green Exchange Holdings and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University, where he previously designed a new MBA course in environmental Finance. He has served as a director of Evolution Markets, and was the Chairman and CEO of APX. Lewis was also CEO of Ameritrade Holdings and held senior management positions at American Express, Credit Suisse First Boston, and the White House. He has taught and lectured at several universities. He holds an honorary doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven.
