Cecilia V. Estolano is Green For All’s Chief Strategist on State and Local Initiatives. Prior to joining Green For All, Ms. Estolano served as CEO of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles. Ms. Estolano practiced land use and environmental law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and has served in local, state and federal government. She is a graduate of Harvard-Radcliffe Colleges and holds an M.A. in Urban Planning from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.  She currently holds the Lee Chair in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning at UC Berkeley, where she teaches at the College of Environmental Design.
