Jean-Philippe heads Linklaters’ U.S. Environment and Climate Change Practice where he advises clients on carbon finance and commodities-related transactions. JP has more than twelve years of experience with carbon markets having worked on his first carbon transaction in 1998 at the World Bank.

Prior to joining Linklaters, JP was Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Global Commodities business (J. Aron) in New York, where he helped establish Goldman’s U.S. carbon desk. At Goldman, JP originated, ran and closed a number of transactions involving complex financial structures, equity investments and strategic partnerships.
